Consultant – Talent Acquisition Group (TAG)

Employment Type: 1-Year Contract
Key Responsibilities
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions
• Utilize multiple recruitment channels and tools to attract quality talent
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams for seamless hiring processes
• Conduct reference checks and background verification activities
• Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Track and report recruitment metrics and hiring status updates
• Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment best practices
