KFintech hiring Bulk openings in our customer support team (Contact Center) and Walk-in interviews scheduled for Thursday, Friday &Saturday, 18th, 19th & 20th June at our Hyderabad Head Office.

Open Positions:

1. Customer Support Associate (Voice Process) - Nanakramguda - (Fresher to 1 yr experience)

2. Customer Support Sr. Associate (Voice Process) - Nanakramguda (1- 3 yrs experience)

3. Customer Support Executive (Voice Process) - Nanakramguda (3-5 yrs experience)

4. QA Executive (Voice Process) - Nanakramguda (3-6 yrs experience)

CTC:

2 LPA - Fresher

2 LPA - 3.5 LPA (Associate / Sr. Associate / Executive)

3 LPA - 5 LPA (QA Executive)

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Minimum Graduation Must

Job Timing: Regular Morning Shift (NO NIGHT SHIFT / NO ROTATIONAL SHIFT) & There is No Transport Provided

5 Days + Alternate Saturdays (2 Saturdays)

Job Description:

·        Answer inbound / outbound calls & respond to the customer emails

·        Manage and resolve customer complaints

·        Identify and escalate issues to supervisors

·        Provide product and service information to customers

·        Research required information using available resources

·        Research, identify and resolve customer complaints using applicable software

·        Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

·        Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls

·        Follow up customer calls where necessary
