BEL, Bengaluru complex is conducting walk in interview for the post of Management Industrial Trainee for a period of one year extendable up to three years: ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: 1. Only Indian Nationals are eligible. 2. Candidates should have passed CMA (Intermediate) / CA (Intermediate). 3. Candidate's upper age limit is maximum of 25 years as on 01.09.2026 4. Age relaxation of 5 years for SC & ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates and 10 years for Persons with disabilities. 5. Candidates who have acquired or pursuing higher qualifications are not eligible. 6. Candidates who do not possess CMA (Intermediate) pass/ CA (Intermediate) pass certificate are not eligible. SELECTION PROCESS: 1. Selection is purely on the basis of Performance of both, their Academics & Interview. 2. Statutory Reservation will be as per Government norms. 3. Selected candidates will be informed through E-Mail followed by publishing of list of selected candidates in BEL Website. INFORMATION TO CANDIDATES: 1. Initial tenure of the training shall be One year. However, extension of one more year may be considered after reviewing the performance of the candidate. The tenure of the MIT including their extension shall be maximum of Three years. 2. Monthly stipend payable is Rs. 25,000 /- for 1st Year, 27,000 /- for 2 nd Year and 30,000 /- for 3rd Year. 3. Canteen facility will be provided on chargeable basis. 4. Transport facility will be provided on chargeable basis. 5. No TA/DA will be paid to candidates appearing for selection process. 6. Candidates must produce ORIGINAL CMA (Intermediate) / CA (Intermediate) pass certificate issued by competent authority at the time of verification. 7. Suppression of acts & furnishing false information will lead to disqualification/Rejection of candidature. 8. Canvassing in any form will result in disqualification. 9. Free OPD Medical at BEL hospital as per company norms. 10. Group Personal Accident Insurance policy for a sum insured of 5,00,000/- 11.
