Job Responsibilities:

• Provide frontline customer service support by attending to walk-in, phone, and email enquiries, assisting with customer registration, online applications, and digital service adoption

• Perform administrative and operational support duties, including data entry, document management, appointment coordination, equipment setup, event logistics, follow-ups, and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor

• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies

• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally

• Escalate unresolved matters to the relevant department when necessary

• Support administrative and ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum GCE O levels with 2 years of relevant experience in customer service

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic administrative tasks

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Available for both office-hour positions and shift work, including weekends and public holidays
