We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented freshers to join our Talent Acquisition team as IT Recruiter Trainees. This is an excellent opportunity to build a successful career in IT recruitment through hands-on training and exposure to the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand IT hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Meet recruitment targets and timelines.
- Stipend During Training: ₹10,000 per month
- Work from Office (WFO)
