Job Summary: This role supports end-to-end order fulfillment processes for telecom networking services, focusing on validating order details, managing stakeholder coordination, and ensuring timely completion of low-complexity customer requests. The position emphasizes accuracy in data handling, proactive issue flagging, and maintaining high standards in customer communications to achieve optimal satisfaction.

Skill Requirements:

• Minimum 1yr of order Management experience in a Telecom Project - ISP/Broadband (Mandatory)
• Familiarity with Customer Satisfaction Management Practices in a Service Environment
• Good Communication Skills for Effective Call & Email Interactions with customers
• Experience with Workflow Management Tools and Data Entry in Multiple Systems
