Job Description:
- Strong hands‑on experience with Databricks using PySpark, Spark SQL, Delta Lake, Jobs/Workflows, and cluster configuration
- Strong hands‑on experience with Snowflake including SQL, Tasks, Streams, Snowpipe, Time Travel, clustering, and warehouse tuning
- Advanced SQL development skills, including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, and query performance
- Proficiency in Python or scripting languages for data processing, automation, and framework development
- Experience designing and maintaining star/snowflake schemas, data vault models, and analytics‑ready data marts
- Experience with ETL/ELT tools such as dbt, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Airflow, or similar orchestration frameworks
- Hands‑on experience with version control and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, Azure DevOps, or GitLab
- Knowledge of data security, governance, PII handling, and metadata management (Unity Catalog exposure preferred)
- Ability to troubleshoot performance issues across compute, storage, and SQL execution layers
