Job Summary:

• Handling outbound voice process for selling products
• Understanding customer requirements and providing suitable solutions
• Explaining product/service details and benefits to customers
• Providing end-to-end customer support and resolution
• Timely follow-up and coordination till closure
• Ensuring adherence to quality parameters and SOPs
• Handling customer escalations and irate customers tactfully
• Working closely with Team Leaders, SMEs, and team members

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills in English & Hindi
• Local language proficiency preferred
• Good customer handling and telephone etiquette
• Basic computer knowledge and internet familiarity
• Good typing skills
• Willingness to learn and customer-focused approach
