Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Voice Process

Process Type: Inbound Voice (Customer Support)

Qualification: Intermediate & Above

Languages Required: English & Hindi (Regional language proficiency preferred)

Walk-in Drive Details:

Position Summary:

Customer Care Specialists are responsible for handling inbound customer calls related to banking products and services. The role involves resolving customer queries, providing accurate information, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling relevant banking products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally
  • Provide accurate information regarding banking products and services
  • Clarify customer queries and provide suitable resolutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Escalate unresolved concerns whenever required
  • Complete transactions and maintain accurate documentation
  • Cross-sell banking products based on customer requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Undergraduates / Graduates can apply
  • Pursuing Higher Education & B. Pharmacy students are not eligible

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication in English & Hindi
  • Regional language proficiency preferred
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office
  • Strong telephone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Good logical reasoning and decision-making skills
  • Customer handling and service orientation
