We are hiring experienced Lead Python Developers with strong hands-on backend development experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance Python applications and backend services.
• Lead development of REST APIs and Microservices using Python.
• Drive technical design and contribute to solution architecture.
• Review existing systems and recommend improvements for scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure coding and architectural standards.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive effective solutions.
• Apply strong knowledge of OOP, design patterns, software architecture, and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor developers.
• Guide teams on development standards, best practices, and engineering processes.
• Participate in system design and technical decision-making.

Mandatory Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on Python development experience
• Strong expertise in Python
• Strong experience with REST APIs and Microservices
• Good understanding of software architecture and design principles
• Experience in solution design and technical decision-making
• Strong understanding of OOP and Design Patterns
• Experience with code reviews and technical problem-solving
• Strong technical leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Good to Have

• FastAPI / Flask / Django
• AWS / Azure / GCP
• Docker / Kubernetes
• AI/ML experience
• Generative AI / LLM exposure
• Distributed systems and highly scalable applications
