JOB DESCRIPTION
Designation: Purchase Requisition - Senior Process Executive - Experience: 5-7 years
- Proficient in spend interpretation, PR/PO analytics, and process governance
- Deep understanding of P2P workflows, controls, audit requirements
- Knowledge of GNFR procurement guidelines and PO policy adherence
- Ability to coach junior analysts and conduct quality reviews
- Strong stakeholder management with crossfunctional teams (Finance, Requesters, Suppliers)
- Strong Excel & reporting capability; ability to identify trends and systemic issues
- Mastery in data rigor: coding accuracy, description standards, documentation discipline
Designation: Purchase Requisition - Process Specialist - Experience: 7-10 years
- Deep knowledge of end-to-end procurement operations (P2R/P2P)
- Expertise in PR/PO policies, approval matrices, audit and compliance requirements
- Strong leadership skills to manage a team of 5–10 procurement FTEs
- Excellent stakeholder management: Business, Finance, Suppliers, Category Teams
- Strong analytical & reporting capabilities; ability to influence process changes
- Expertise in digital procurement tools (Ariba, SAP, Oracle)
- Understanding of procurement governance frameworks & documentation standards
Tailspend - Experience: 6-10 years & 10+ years
- Strong spend analysis capability for low value / fragmented spend
- Supplier identification, qualification & initial assessment skills
- Ability to conduct rapid pricing analysis & commercial comparisons
- Proficiency with RFQ templates, bid evaluation basics, and negotiation levers
- Strong Excel & analytics capability
- Ability to manage small teams / act as a process SME
- Familiarity with lowrigor sourcing guidelines & Tail Spend compliance standards
- Understanding of procurement risk, contract basics, SLAs & rate structures
- Ability to manage tight turnaround spot-buy requests in high volumes
- Experience creating supplier long-lists / short-lists for tactical events
- Strong communication across stakeholders & suppliers
- Execute urgent GNFR spot buys across multiple categories (Marketing, Utilities, Logistics, IT) within turnaround SLAs
- Identify competitive suppliers & obtain rapid quotations following approved sourcing templates
- Conduct basic commercial evaluations (price, lead time, terms)
- Manage lowrigor RFQs (aligned to Spot Buyer responsibilities)
- Maintain audit-ready documentation (quotations, evaluation sheets, supplier correspondence)
- Follow procurement policies — ensure correct supplier usage, rate structures & compliance
- Track spotbuy cycle time, success rate & pipeline
- Support proactive opportunity identification (reducing tail fragmentation, consolidating repeat buys)
- Remove nonstrategic spend leakages by recommending catalogue or contract enablement
- Collaborate with Proactive TSM team on identifying chronic tail categories
- Coordinate supplier communication for urgent delivery alignment
- Support standardization of specifications & templates to reduce future spot-buy needs
- Deep understanding of end-to-end TSM operations, tactical sourcing & high-volume spot-buy environments
- Excellent supplier engagement skills; proven negotiation capability
- Strong category understanding across key GNFR segments
- Leadership in guiding 5–10 FTE sourcing teams
- Capability to link tactical buying insights to category strategies
- Strong analytical & reporting skills to derive patterns from complex tail spend
- Expertise with eRFx tools, catalogue management inputs, and procurement systems
