JOB DESCRIPTION: 1-4 YRS

Key Responsibilities

Manage complex supplier onboarding and qualification activities.
Review supplier compliance, contracts, and documentation.
Support RFx, supplier evaluations, and sourcing activities.
Handle escalations and perform root cause analysis.
Conduct quality reviews and mentor team members.
Support audits and healthcare regulatory compliance.
Drive process improvements and SOP updates.

Experience & Domain Expertise

Experience in Source-to-Contract / Strategic Sourcing / Supplier Management.
Healthcare, hospital, pharmaceutical, or medical device procurement experience preferred.
Knowledge of supplier onboarding, contract lifecycle, and vendor governance.

SAP / Oracle / Coupa / Ariba
Advanced Excel and reporting

Qualifications

Lead day-to-day S2C operations and allocate work.
Monitor SLA, productivity, and quality KPIs.
Manage client escalations and governance calls.
Coach and develop team members.
Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
Ensure audit readiness and healthcare procurement compliance.
Coordinate with sourcing, finance, and hospital stakeholders.
