Job Description:
Job Role: Analyst - Web Publishing
Job Location: Pune
Experience: 3+ yrs
Functional Responsibilities:
- Publish content to our public-facing websites working in multiple content management systems, including Adobe Experience Manger (AEM)(Preferred) and Sitecore
- Create page, site and mobile experiences using a pre-defined component library that will evolve over time
- Receive, prioritize, and fulfill web content requests through Workfront, our browser-based workflow management tool
- Communicate frequently with internal clients from across lines of business and support areas to create desired web experiences and troubleshooting issues as needed
- Develop expertise in the user interfaces of all our web publishing systems, the different environments of each, what work is done in which environments, and how they interact
- Ensure all published content adheres to brand standards, accessibility guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Validate content accuracy, functionality, and cross-browser/device compatibility before production deployment
- Work quickly, efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple requests simultaneously that may be in different stages of workflow
- Articulate to non-technical clients what our CMS does, and does not support, and provide suitable alternatives for non-CMS-supported requests
- Partner with the Web Production Support team as the Web Publishing Teams initial point of contact for troubleshooting contribution issues, communicating outages and elevating larger production issues
Experience, Skills and Abilities:
Experience:
- Familiarity with multiple CMSs (AEM preferred)
- Experience with workflow management tools (Workfront or similar project management platforms)
Skills:
- Exceptionally good interpersonal and communication skills including ability to communicate complex information and analysis in written and visual forms
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Meticulous attention to detail, with demonstrated ability for accuracy and thoroughness
- Ability to work in an agile team
- Critical thinking to ask questions, determine best course and offer solutions
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex, and dynamic business environment
- Demonstrated and dynamic analytical/problem solving skills.
Special skills or Certifications:
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Base knowledge of digital marketing concepts
- Basic knowledge of SEO
