• Experience with Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) / Operational Dashboards.
• Hands‑on experience with IBM middleware such as:
• IBM BPM / BAW
• IBM App Connect Enterprise (IIB/ACE)
• IBM ODM, API Connect
• Strong knowledge of event‑driven and process‑driven architectures.
• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and KPIs.

Experience with REST APIs, messaging, and integration patterns.
