- 2-9 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in South Indian cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of South Indian dishes and beverages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling bills and payments.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Fluency in local languages and English is preferred.
