Role Description
MALGUDI FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED is hiring a full-time Waiter for its on-site location in Thane. The Waiter will be responsible for greeting and serving customers, taking orders, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and providing a positive dining experience. Other duties may include collaborating with kitchen staff, handling customer inquiries, and managing any special requests with professionalism and care.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills to ensure guest satisfaction and an exceptional dining experience
- Basic knowledge of Food & Beverage and Food Service to handle menu items and serving responsibilities effectively
- Effective Communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
- An understanding or interest in Cooking to provide accurate information about food preparation
- Punctuality, reliability, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt to specific company standards and protocols
