Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused waiter/server to join our food & beverage team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver a memorable dining experience to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining service standards
- Explain menu items and daily specials, and recommend upselling options
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle feedback or complaints efficiently
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas
- Prepare and present bills; handle payments accurately
- Follow hygiene, safety, and grooming standards at all times
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum 13 years of experience as a Waiter/Server (hotel or restaurant preferred)
- Good communication skills in English & local language
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Team player with a positive attitude and well-groomed appearance
