We are seeking a Network Security Senior Engineer / SME to design, implement, and manage network security solutions for enterprise clients. The candidate will specialize in Palo Alto Prisma Access, Global Protect, and Next-Generation Firewalls, ensuring secure access, performance optimization, and compliance across complex network environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Configuration and Deployment

• Configure Prisma Access policies for user access control, security profiles, and network segmentation.
• Manage VPN gateways and tunnels for secure remote access.
• Integrate Prisma Access with existing network infrastructure and security tools.

Security Management

• Monitor network traffic for suspicious activity using Prisma Access features like intrusion prevention, malware detection, and URL filtering.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents and alerts.
• Implement security best practices and maintain updated policies.

User Management

• Create and manage user accounts and access levels in Prisma Access.
• Manage authentication methods such as SSO and MFA.

Performance Optimization

• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and optimize routing and bandwidth allocation.

Design, Implementation & Troubleshooting

• Lead design, implementation, and troubleshooting of complex network security issues involving Next-Generation Firewalls.
• Determine security solutions by evaluating business requirements and emerging standards.
• Maintain and update Network Security Architecture for clients.

Reporting & Continuous Learning

• Prepare system security reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Stay updated on emerging security practices and standards; participate in professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Services
• PCNSE Certification (mandatory)
• Experience reviewing packet captures using Wireshark / Ethereal
• Understanding of HTML, HTTP v1/v2 protocols

Shift Timings: 9x5 / 24x7 as per client requirements
