- Strong knowledge and Minimum 5 years Hands on Experience in Web Application Firewall (WAF) & LTM: F5
- Admin & Troubleshooting experience in L2 level in F5 WAF.
- Monitor all the SOC devices regularly, analyse the alarms & report to customer.
- Configure the use cases, policy based on environment/customer requirement.
- Troubleshoot the critical issues and co-ordinate with OEM to resolve the issues.
- Daily ticket management (change/service request).
- Analyze the triggered alarms in the WAF and report to customer.
- Perform version upgradation, patch update & SOC device restoration.
- Checking the Endpoint compliance report and involve improving the compliance level.
- Advanced understanding of OWASP web application firewall and policy implementation maintenance.
- Monitor WAF alerts, investigate incidents and provide response.
- Implement and administer WAF ASM solutions.
