W2 Recruiter – US IT Staffing

Shift: US Night Shift

We are looking for an experienced and motivated W2 Recruiter to join our growing US IT staffing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, engaging, and coordinating with qualified IT professionals for US-based opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, and other platforms.

• Review resumes and screen candidates based on job requirements.

• Conduct initial screening calls and maintain regular candidate follow-ups.

• Coordinate interviews and track candidate progress.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

• Work closely with recruiters, account managers, and business development teams.

• Maintain accurate recruitment records and meet daily/weekly targets.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of US IT/W2 recruitment experience.

• Strong knowledge of US IT staffing and recruitment processes.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong sourcing, screening, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to understand technical job requirements.

• Comfortable working in a US night-shift environment.
