VVDN Technologies - Senior QA Engineer - Embedded Software Testing

We are looking for a Sr. QA Engineer with 7+ years of experience in web, API, and embedded software testing. The candidate should have strong expertise in test automation and experience building automation frameworks from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Python/Pytest or Java/Selenium.
• Perform web, REST API, embedded, integration, and regression testing.
• Test communication protocols including Wi-Fi, Ethernet, RS-232, and CAN.
• Integrate automation suites with GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage defects and test execution using Jira.
• Maintain requirements traceability using Jama Connect.
• Perform code reviews and troubleshoot automation/test failures.
• Support V&V activities and hardware-software integration testing.
  
  

Required Skills

• 7+ years of QA/testing experience.
• Strong Python/Pytest or Java/Selenium/TestComplete experience.
• Hands-on experience with API testing, embedded testing, SQL, Git/GitLab, CI/CD, Jira, and Jama Connect.
• Knowledge of debugging tools, network protocols, and cross-browser testing tools such as Sauce Labs.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related engineering field.
