We are seeking a skilled VTL Operator to join our manufacturing team in India. The ideal candidate will have experience operating Vertical Turn-Lathe machines and be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor VTL (Vertical Turn-Lathe) machines as per the production schedule.
- Perform quality checks and ensure that the products meet specified standards.
- Maintain accurate records of production output and machine maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any machine issues that arise during operation.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-10 years of experience in operating VTL machines or similar machinery.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
- Strong understanding of machining processes and tools.
- Ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
