Job Overview
We are looking for skilled and experienced
CNC VTL Operators to join our manufacturing team in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end operation and setup of Vertical Turret Lathes (VTL) to ensure precise fabrication and smooth production workflows.
Compensation & Experience
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Highly negotiable based on skill level and experience)
- Experience Required: 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Execute daily machine operations on CNC Vertical Turret Lathes (VTL) safely and efficiently.
- Job Setting:Perform independent job setup, centering, and component clamping on the VTL.
- Control Systems: Operate and monitor machines using Fanuc CNC controllers.
- Quality Control: Check component dimensions against technical drawings to ensure adherence to quality standards.
