Role Purpose
The VROSr.Project Manager leads complex, multi-team and multi-region initiatives to successful delivery, spanning business capabilities, platforms, andM&A/Divestiture (MA&D) programs.The role connects business, technology, vendors, and change management to deliver integrated outcomes, ensuring clear plans, disciplined execution, andtimelycommunication. Operating within a product delivery model, the VRO Project Manager partners closely with product owners to shape, provision, and refine product roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Delivery
Lead end-to-end project planning, including integrated workplans, scope definition, milestones, dependencies, and critical path.
Manage timelines and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget, andin-scopedelivery.
Coordinate delivery across multiple teams, regions, and functions in a matrixed environment.
2. Tracking, Reporting & Governance
Establish andmaintainRAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs and mitigation plans.
Define and track key performance indicators, metrics, and success criteria.
Prepare and deliver clear, executive-ready status reports and governance materials.
Support andparticipatein steering committees and decision forums asrequired.
3. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Act asa central pointof coordination across business, technology, operations, and external partners.
Build andmaintainstrong relationships with stakeholders across regions and time zones.
Manage vendor engagement, scope, and performance in line with projectobjectives.
4. Product Roadmap & Delivery Support
Partner with product owners to support product-roadmap development, provisioning, and refinement.
Align project plans and dependencies with product backlogs and release plans.
Ensure that platform and capability deliveries are sequenced and integrated to meet business outcomes.
5. Change Management & Adoption
Align project activities with change and communication plans, working with Change and HR/Comms partners where applicable.
Support business readiness, training, and onboarding activities.
Help ensure solutions are adopted and embedded in business-as-usual operations.
6. MA&D Project Support
Support projects across the end-to-end M&A lifecycle (strategy, due diligence, signing, close, integration/divestiture).
Interpret business cases, synergies, and value drivers to inform planning and prioritization.
Contribute tosynergytracking and value realization activities.
Apply integration/divestiture playbooks and help refine them based on lessons learned.
Skills, Experience & Attributes
Project & Program Management
Strong PM fundamentals across waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Proven experience managing complex, global, multi-teamprojectsor programs.
Familiarity with standard PM tools and collaboration platforms.
Technical & Delivery Understanding
Good understanding of application development processes and quality assurance in an Agile delivery model.
Ability to work effectively with architecture, engineering, testing, and operations teams.
Communication & Facilitation
Exceptional written and verbal communication able to engage both technical teams and senior executives.
Skilled facilitator who drives clarity, decisions, and alignment in cross-functional settings.
Influencing & Collaboration
Demonstrated ability to influence without formal authority in a matrixed, global organization.
Builds trust and credibility with business, technology, and vendor stakeholders.
Analytical & Commercial Acumen
Basic financial literacy, including P&L, cash flow,valuationdrivers, andsynergytracking.
Able to connect project activities to business value, outcomes, and strategic priorities.
