Looking for a senior Windows engineering professional with 10-18 years of hands-on experience in production support and platform engineering of Windows Server environments (2019, 2022, 2025). Strong expertise in Windows Clustering, packaging, WSUS, SCCM, and core services including DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and GPO, along with scripting skills in PowerShell and Python, plus working knowledge of WSL. Well-versed in virtualization technologies such as VMware, vSAN, vROPS, and Hyper-V, with solid exposure to storage systems (SAN - HDS NAS - NetApp, HNAS) and enterprise hardware platforms like Cisco UCS, HP, and IBM. Proficient in automation using Ansible and Terraform, and monitoring/logging tools including Sentinel, Splunk, Grafana, Loki, and Logstash. Possesses good understanding of cloud technologies, GitOps practices, networking fundamentals, and demonstrates strong capability in Windows OS tuning, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
