I'm currently working with a leading financial services organisation to hire a VP, Vulnerability Management. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced cybersecurity leader to drive enterprise-wide vulnerability governance, strengthen cyber resilience, and build a mature risk-based vulnerability management programme across a complex technology landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the organisation's vulnerability management strategy and roadmap.
- Drive a risk-based approach to vulnerability identification, prioritisation, and remediation.
- Partner with technology, infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to reduce cyber risk across the enterprise.
- Establish and continuously improve governance, processes, metrics, and reporting.
- Oversee security assessments performed by internal and external teams, ensuring risks are effectively managed.
- Evaluate and implement tooling and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
- Engage senior stakeholders and provide regular updates on cyber risk posture and programme maturity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading enterprise vulnerability management programmes within a large organisation.
- Strong understanding of vulnerability lifecycle management and cyber risk management.
- Experience working with enterprise vulnerability management platforms such as Qualys, Tenable, Prisma Cloud, or similar technologies.
- Experience driving process improvements, automation, and operational excellence.
