VP – Unified Communication Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a Unified Communication Lead to support the strategic direction and integration of UC solutions across a global enterprise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in voice, video, messaging, and collaboration tools, ensuring seamless communication and compliance with security standards.

Responsibility:

• Develop and implement a UC strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead the design and deployment of UC systems, including Microsoft Teams and Cisco CUCM.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory security standards and optimize UC system performance.
• Collaborate with IT teams for integration of UC solutions with business applications.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging UC technologies.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Unified Communications solutions.
• Expertise in Microsoft Teams, Webex, Zoom, and Cisco UC technologies.
• Strong understanding of VoIP, SIP, and network security protocols.
• Experience integrating UC systems with third-party applications.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technology adoption.
