VP - Treasury Operations

We are seeking a highly experienced VP - Treasury Operations with extensive expertise in Domestic Treasury Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in people management and a proven track record of implementing RBI guidelines. This leadership role requires deep knowledge of derivatives and FX/MM products, focusing on business-as-usual (BAU) operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Operations Leadership:
• Oversee and manage all aspects of Domestic Treasury Operations.
• Ensure the implementation of RBI Guidelines within treasury functions.
• Lead and manage a team, focusing on people management and development.
• Product Management:
• Provide expertise and oversight for Derivatives and FX/MM products (mandatory).
• Ensure efficient and compliant handling of these product areas.
• Strategic Contribution:
• Drive operational excellence within the treasury function, focusing on a BAU role.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of treasury processes.

Required Candidate Profile

• Experience: Extensive experience in Domestic Treasury Operations in a majorly BAU role.
• Current Role: Must currently be serving as a VP.
• Product Knowledge: Mandatory expertise in Derivatives and FX/MM.
• Skills:
• Proven People Management abilities.
• Strong understanding and experience with RBI Guidelines implementations.
• Education: Graduate or MBA.

Additional Information

• Salary: Up to ₹50 LPA.
