Job Description

Our client is a leading global professional services organisation operating in a highly competitive, talent-driven industry. As a privately owned business undergoing significant transformation and growth, the company has invested heavily in building world-class people capabilities, including a sophisticated global rewards function. The organisation operates across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, Asia, and ANZ, and is focused on enhancing processes, governance, job architecture, and data-driven decision making to support its long-term business strategy.

Reporting to the Global Head of Rewards, the VP, Total Rewards Asia will serve as the primary rewards lead and trusted advisor for the region. This role will partner closely with HR leaders and business executives across multiple Asian markets, providing expertise on compensation, incentive programmes, market trends, and reward strategy. The successful candidate will combine strong technical rewards knowledge with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, operate independently, and deliver practical solutions in a dynamic and evolving environment. This is a highly visible role that requires both strategic thinking and a hands-on approach to execution.

The successful candidate will lead all reward-related activities across Asia, acting as the regional subject matter expert on compensation and benefits matters. Responsibilities include managing annual compensation review cycles, overseeing salary benchmarking and market competitiveness analyses, administering incentive and long-term incentive programmes, and ensuring appropriate governance and documentation of reward plans. The role will also involve conducting reward analytics, scenario modelling, and workforce-related simulations to support business decision making. Working closely with HR and business leaders, the individual will provide insights on market trends, advise on reward implications across different jurisdictions, and contribute to broader people initiatives including organisational design, job architecture, and talent retention strategies.

The ideal candidate will bring a 10 to 15 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or a related field within a multinational environment, with demonstrated responsibility for supporting multiple markets across Asia. Strong expertise in compensation design, salary benchmarking, incentive plans, long-term incentives, and reward analytics is essential. Candidates should possess excellent stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to influence senior HR and business leaders. Success in this role will require strong commercial acumen, intellectual curiosity, analytical rigour, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. We are seeking an individual who is proactive, resourceful, hands-on, and comfortable navigating ambiguity while driving outcomes in a fast-paced global organisation.
