Job Description

Reporting into the Chief Strategy Officer, in the role of an individual contributor, your responsibilities will include:

Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and market expansion.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate potential mergers and acquisition opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of acquired businesses.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
Prepare detailed financial models and valuations for potential transactions.
Present strategic recommendations and M&A proposals to senior management and stakeholders.
Monitor industry trends in the technology and B2B.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies during transactions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful VP Strategy & M&A should have:

10-15 years of experience is required
Candidates with strong academic background in MBA Finance/CA will be considered
Proven expertise in Corporate Development, with a focus on strategic planning and M&A
Comprehensive industry knowledge of technology, consumer or investment banking/PE sector will be required
Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
Proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
