Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of experience in IT Services / Software Development, with significant leadership experience in a service-based IT company.
- Proven experience managing large teams of 50–100+ professionals across technology, delivery, sales, and business functions.
- Strong track record in P&L management, revenue growth, business development, sales, delivery, and strategic client management.
- Experience handling international clients and markets, preferably US, UK, Europe, Middle East, or APAC.
- Strong expertise across Web, Mobile, Full-Stack, CRM, CMS, Cloud, AI/ML, DevOps, Data Engineering, and Digital Transformation.
- Proven experience in pre-sales, solutioning, RFP/RFI, proposals, commercial negotiations, and enterprise account management.
- Strong understanding of resource planning, utilization, margins, pricing, operational efficiency, and delivery governance.
