Our client is seeking a transformational leader to oversee multi-site pharmaceutical manufacturing operations while driving operational performance, compliance, and strategic growth initiatives.

Your objectives:
What you will do:
· Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations across multiple pharmaceutical production units, ensuring alignment with business and operational goals.
· Drive operational transformation initiatives focused on lean manufacturing, productivity improvement, and digital innovation.
· Ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP), Good Practice (GxP), and global regulatory requirements including Food and Drug Administration (FDA), World Health Organization (WHO), European Union (EU), and Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency (PMDA) standards.
· Oversee production planning, inventory management, engineering projects, and capacity expansion initiatives to improve site performance.
· Lead regulatory inspections and maintain a strong culture of audit readiness, quality, and compliance across all site activities.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with Research and Development (R&D), Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Regulatory Affairs (RA), and Procurement teams to support successful product delivery and strategic execution.
· Build, coach, and develop high-performing teams while driving succession planning, capability development, and employee engagement initiatives.
What you will bring:
These are the skills and experience you will need to succeed as the Site Head – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing:
· 15–20 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership position within a regulated manufacturing environment.
· Strong technical expertise across Metered Dose Inhalers (MDI), Dry Powder Inhalers (DPI), Nasal, and Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing operations.
· Proven experience driving operational excellence, transformation programmes, and continuous improvement initiatives across complex manufacturing sites.
· Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to drive cultural and organisational change.
· Excellent problem-solving, strategic planning, and decision-making capabilities within highly regulated pharmaceutical environments.
· Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm), or Master of Science (MSc) in Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related discipline.
· International manufacturing or operational leadership experience is preferred.
