Job Title: Senior Platform Engineer

Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Platform Engineer with strong expertise in cloud-native architectures and AI/ML platforms. This role demands a problem solver who can design, build, and scale data-driven platforms, with a focus on performance, reliability, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable platform solutions leveraging Python and cloud-native services
- Build and optimize data pipelines and ML infrastructure on AWS (S3, ECS, Redshift, Glue)
- Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to productionize AI/ML models
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of platform systems
- Solve complex engineering problems with a strong analytical and algorithmic mindset
- Drive best practices in coding, deployment, and system design
Required Skills & Experience:
- 13+ years of experience in platform engineering / backend systems
- Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on development experience
- Deep expertise in AWS ecosystem (S3, ECS, Redshift, Glue)
- Proven experience in building and scaling AI/ML platforms
- Strong problem-solving and system design capabilities
- Experience with Kubernetes (moderate proficiency)
Good to Have:
- Exposure to Hadoop ecosystem
- Prior experience in Financial Services / FinTech domain
