Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth strategy across enterprise business segments
- Lead strategic sales and business expansion initiatives
- Build, mentor, and scale high-performing revenue teams
- Develop and execute GTM and growth strategies
- Own revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and sales planning
- Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership teams to drive business objectives
- Strengthen enterprise customer relationships and strategic accounts
- Monitor market trends, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities
Requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
- 18–25 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales / SaaS sales leadership
- Experience in HRTech or selling enterprise solutions to HR stakeholders is strongly preferred
- Strong experience in consultative selling and strategic account management
- Proven track record of managing large business portfolios and revenue targets
- Experience scaling teams in growth-stage or fast-paced organizations
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and business acumen
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution capability
- Stable career progression with demonstrated ownership in leadership roles
Preferred Qualifications
- Engineering background preferred
- MBA is an added advantage
