We are seeking a distinguished recruitment leader to anchor our Talent Acquisition charter. This role combines strategic oversight with active, high-impact hiring, and is critical to shaping the organisation's leadership pipeline. The ideal candidate brings a strong command of the financial services landscape and the gravitas to advise senior stakeholders across geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and elevate the Talent Acquisition function, overseeing a small, agile team while personally driving marquee hiring mandates.
- Steer leadership and senior-level hiring across India, Singapore, and the Middle East, ensuring alignment with global business priorities.
- Champion a best-in-class candidate experience and strengthen Lighthouse Canton's employer brand across financial services talent pools.
- Govern recruitment operations, including analytics, market intelligence, vendor strategy, and process excellence.
- Drive targeted initiatives such as succession pipelines, diversity hiring, and campus engagement.
- Ensure seamless compliance with global HR governance, compensation frameworks, and regulatory nuances.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with significant exposure to leadership hiring.
- Mandatory financial services experience, preferably in asset management, wealth management, investment banking, or allied domains.
- Proven ability to operate in a hands-on leadership role, balancing strategic oversight with direct ownership of key mandates.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and an ability to navigate complexity in a multi-country environment.
- Must be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate at short notice.
