Overview:
We are looking to hire a Vice President - oautgReact Native Engineering Lead to drive the next phase of our digital engineering journey. This is a strategic leadership role focused on building scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile applications while leading high-performing engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade mobile applications using React Native
- Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance UI components using React Native, TypeScript, and Redux
- Drive secure authentication implementations (OAuth2, JWT, biometrics) and ensure robust data protection
- Collaborate with backend teams (Java/Spring Boot) for seamless API integrations and contract-first design
- Optimize application performance, stability, and scalability across Android and iOS platforms
- Champion secure coding, observability, and engineering best practices
- Mentor teams, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of quality and innovation
What We're Looking For:
- Strong hands-on experience with React Native, React 18, TypeScript/JavaScript
- Solid understanding of mobile architecture, UI/UX, and performance optimization
- Experience with microservices, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and modern engineering practices
- Knowledge of secure storage, token lifecycle management, and mobile security standards (OWASP)
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, and Agile delivery models
- Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive engineering strategy
