Job Description

Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and execute the long-term product vision aligned with company goals.
• Build and manage the product roadmap across multiple product lines.
• Identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and emerging industry trends.
• Drive product innovation in AI, analytics, automation, and customer experience solutions. Product Management & Execution
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation to launch.
• Prioritize product initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Work closely with engineering, design, sales, customer success, and marketing teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality product releases.
• Establish product KPIs and track product performance metrics. Customer & Market Focus
• Engage with enterprise customers to gather product feedback and understand evolving business needs.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable product solutions.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams during client discussions and product demos. Leadership & Team Management
• Build, mentor, and scale the product management team.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and data-driven decision- making.
• Define product processes, frameworks, and best practices.
• Work with leadership stakeholders to align product priorities with business objectives. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of product management experience with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience in B2B SaaS product management.
• Experience working with AI/ML-driven products or analytics platforms.
• Proven track record of scaling products from concept to market success.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment. Preferred Skills
• Experience in customer experience (CX), survey platforms, or analytics products.
• Understanding of Generative AI and conversational AI applications.
• Exposure to enterprise product integrations and APIs.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Experience with product tools such as Jira, Figma, Mixpanel, GA, or similar platforms. Key Competencies
