The role demands strong capability to manage multiple priorities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, along with hands-on experience using project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, and Smartsheet, and collaboration/documentation platforms including Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Candidates should be skilled in MIS reporting, Excel dashboards, and possess solid IT infrastructure and DR process knowledge.
