Digital Web Solutions is a global leader in the digital marketing space with 15+ years of experience. The company provides white-labeled outsourcing services for SEO, website design, lead generation, content writing, and more to 58+ agencies and leading brands worldwide.

About The Role-

We are seeking a seasoned and driven senior leader to spearhead and scale our digital marketing operations. This role is for someone who is not only passionate & brings deep expertise across digital channels like SEO, Paid Media (Google Ads, PPC), and Social Media (LinkedIn and others), but also excels in team leadership, process design, and cross-functional collaboration. Someone with P&L accountability, process rigor, and people-first leadership.

You'll be responsible for managing a 200+ member team across various domains (Organic, Paid, Social, Creative, etc.), ensuring smooth day-to-day execution while also defining long-term strategy, building processes, and optimizing delivery and performance.

This is a mission-critical leadership position ideal for someone with COO-style thinking and a hands-on attitude to build scalable systems, develop people, and deliver results.

Key Responsibility

Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead and inspire a large, diverse team of 200 professionals across SEO, Paid Media, Social Media, Content, Design, Strategy, and Client Success.
  • Define vision, goals, and roadmaps for each digital division while maintaining unified business objectives.
  • Partner with the executive team to shape and drive company-wide strategy and operational alignment.

Operations Management

  • Build, scale, and streamline operational frameworks, processes, and SOPs to ensure delivery excellence and scalability.
  • Implement KPIs and performance measurement frameworks across teams for data-driven decision-making and accountability.
  • Lead workforce planning, resource allocation, and capacity building across all verticals.

Digital Expertise

  • Bring a nuanced understanding of digital marketing practices including SEO, Paid (Google Ads, Meta), and LinkedIn B2B campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and ensure our service offerings remain cutting-edge and client-relevant.

Team Development & Culture

  • Act as a mentor and people-first leader, with a knack for identifying high-potential talent and creating pathways for growth.
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and values-driven team culture.
  • Champion learning, experimentation, and knowledge-sharing across teams.

Client & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Ensure seamless collaboration between delivery teams, sales, client success, and product teams to drive holistic client satisfaction.
  • Participate in key client discussions when needed and act as an escalation point for delivery concerns.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years in senior operational or business leadership roles within a digital-first organization.
  • First-principles thinker who's obsessed with solving problems, building systems, and owning outcomes.
  • Proven experience in managing and scaling large cross-functional teams
  • Deep working knowledge of at least two of the following: SEO, Paid Media (PPC), LinkedIn / Social Media, and Digital Strategy.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align marketing operations with company objectives.
  • Process-oriented mindset with a bias for action and execution.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in building scalable systems, hiring top talent, and driving digital transformation.
  • An MBA or equivalent leadership education is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated P&L ownership experience understanding levers of cost, pricing, margins, and operational efficiency.
