Role Overview:

We are actively seeking a proactive VP of Tax Compliance to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure strict organizational compliance with internal policies and accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
• Prepare highly accurate financial reports, statements, and complex reconciliations.
• Develop, communicate, and execute high-level overarching departmental strategies.
• Manage complex departmental budgets, strategic forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Manage critical day-to-day financial transactions and general ledger entries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail and unwavering commitment to financial accuracy.
• High-level proficiency in industry-standard accounting software and ERP systems.
