AI Planet is building an Enterprise GenAI & Agentic AI platform that helps organizations design, deploy, and scale secure, private, and reliable AI agents across industries such as BFSI, manufacturing, automotive, pharma, and public sector.
We work closely with large enterprises on real business problems, combining deep technical capability with pragmatic GTM execution. Our engagements often start with discovery or pilots and scale into long-term enterprise partnerships.
Role Summary
The VP of Sales will own revenue growth, sales strategy, and team building at AI Planet. This is a player-coach role initially, evolving into a scale leadership role as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the enterprise sales strategy
Build and manage a high-performing sales team (AEs, SDRs)
Own pipeline, forecasting, quotas, and revenue targets
Work closely with founders on ICP definition, pricing, and GTM motion
Establish repeatable sales processes, playbooks, and metrics
Partner with Marketing and Partnerships for demand generation
Support strategic deals and exec-level customer conversations
What We're Looking For
1015+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience
Prior experience building or scaling sales teams in deep tech / SaaS / enterprise software
Strong understanding of enterprise buying behavior
Comfortable selling vision + value, not just products
Proven track record of closing and scaling large enterprise deals
Ability to operate in ambiguity and early-stage environments
Nice to Have
Prior experience in AI / GenAI / platform companies
Experience selling into BFSI, manufacturing, or public sector
