Job Summary

Develop and operate scalable machine-learning systems to power the company's proactive smart assistant, ensuring high model quality, efficient performance, and continuous system improvement.

Responsibilities

• Build, train, evaluate, and deploy production machine learning models to deliver reliable smart assistant capabilities
• Create and maintain robust data and experimentation pipelines to support model development and testing
• Optimize inference performance, model accuracy, and operational costs to enhance system efficiency
• Develop and implement evaluation methods that measure real-world usefulness of ML models
• Collaborate effectively with research, infrastructure, and product engineering teams to integrate solutions and align objectives
• Monitor production system behavior and apply improvements to maintain and elevate system quality continuously
