Job Description

Position/Designation: VP of Business Development GUN & EV Charger

Location: Noida

Qualification Required: B.tech/MBA

Experience - 20 25 years of leadership and management experience in EV segment., Exp in Automotive OEM Sales.

This person will be responsible for leading and managing all sales activities for the EV Gun & Chargers product segment. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring profitability for the business unit. The person will also coordinate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales efforts with business goals.

  1. Strategic Leadership: -Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business unit revenue and profitability targets for the EV product line in 2W, 3W & 4W.
  2. Team Management: Build, Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, setting clear objectives, KPIs, and driving performance.
  3. Business Development: Identify and pursue new market opportunities, customer segments, and geographic expansions to increase market share.
  4. Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners to ensure long-term business growth and customer satisfaction.
  5. Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management, analyzing sales data to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  6. Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and customer needs to position the cable business competitively in the market.
  7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, supply chain, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and customer commitments.
