- Manage and oversee all legal disputes and litigation/arbitration matters for the organization.
- Handle core litigation forums including Civil suits, consumer matters, DRT/DRAT, NCLT, SARFAESI, arbitration, Section 138, insolvency, and criminal proceedings.
- Drive recovery and enforcement actions including possession, auctions, and mortgage enforcement.
- Manage regulatory litigation and interactions with RBI / NHB / SEBI.
A Successful VP-Litigation Should Have
- A degree in Law from a recognized institution.
- 15-20 years of PQE in litigation roles within Law Firms / NBFCs.
- Strong experience in financial services litigation, recovery, and enforcement frameworks.
- Exceptional legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Experience in managing external legal counsel and handling high-stakes cases.
