Delivery Manager / Delivery Leader – BFSI
Locations: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, NCR.
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Leader with 18+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in delivering large-scale Application Development programs within the BFSI domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of enterprise application development, maintenance, and support engagements.
- Own delivery financials and P&L (USD 5M–30M).
- Lead multiple workstreams and delivery teams of 100–500 members.
- Drive stakeholder management and delivery governance.
- Ensure successful execution for North American clients.
Required Skills
- 18+ years of IT experience.
- Minimum 10 years of recent BFSI experience.
- Strong Application Development delivery background.
- Experience with end to end software lifecycle management.
- Hands-on exposure to AWS and Azure.
- Proven experience managing large delivery portfolios and P&L.
- Strong stakeholder and people management skills.
Preferred
- Experience in Tier-1 IT Services organizations.
- Willingness to travel and work in flexible shifts supporting global clients.
