Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage strong relationships with Private Equity, Venture Capital investors, and CXO-level stakeholders.
- Develop and review robust financial models, valuations, and scenario analyses.
- Lead and support fundraising initiatives, including preparation of pitch decks and investor materials.
- Present and pitch fundraising propositions to investors and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze and interpret key financial metrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate end-to-end fundraising processes, including investor interactions and closures.
Qualifications: MBA/CA/CFA with 8 -10 years of experience in Investment Banking/Capital markets.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision.
- Self-driven with ability to work long hours under tight deadlines with very high attention to detail.
- Impeccable research, quantitative and analytical skills, especially in explaining market events.
- Top notch interpersonal skills and ability to hold conversation at CXO level; ability to articulate complex thoughts in a clear, concise and compelling manner.
