Role Overview:
Be part of a high-impact global transformation journey, leading Avaloq development initiatives and driving innovation across the Wealth Management platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Avaloq Developers & Business Analysts (515 members)
- Drive solution design, validation & implementation across A&D workshops
- Act as a functional SME for Avaloq modules and resolve complex requirement gaps
- Own end-to-end delivery across Build, Testing & Go-Live phases
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across regional & international projects
- Support development, testing, and planning activities
Key Requirements:
- 1020 years of experience in Technology / Banking domain
- 815 years in Core Banking / Wealth Management platforms
- Strong expertise in Avaloq Banking System (Mandatory)
- Deep understanding of Core Banking functions (Order Lifecycle, Credit, Booking, Tax, Portfolio Performance, Night Batches, APIs)
- Proven experience in team leadership & stakeholder management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication across all levels
Preferred Skills:
- Avaloq Certification (Highly Preferred)
- Knowledge of Bloomberg / FIX Protocol
- Experience with Omgeo & Assentis platforms
- Tech exposure: Java, Python, PL/SQL, JavaScript, ReactJS, Angular, NodeJS, Git
- Experience working in Agile environments
