Key Responsibilities:
• Monitoring overall corporate HR at the group level
• Oversee management of payroll, onboarding & compliance
• Preparing, redefining & implementing HR policies
• Ensuring government notices are being attended / closed
• Setting objectives & goals for the team and track progress
• Prepare & maintain various data / MIS for business review & analysis.
• Ensuring & planning of employment engagement program
• Monitoring and developing Talent acquisition channels / model
• Development of learning/ training, and leadership within the organization
• Driving KPI / KRA and appraisal system
• Monitoring and handling IR issues.
• Review and update on employee contracts & agreements
• Controlling & Monitoring HR operation's budget
• Setting up controls and processes / systems
• Complies with central, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.

Educational Qualification
- Preferably a Post Graduate Candidate/Graduation in any Discipline
- Total Experience Min 12 – 15 Years
