VP - HRBP role with a leading BFSI GCC
- This role is primarily responsible for leading HRBP portfolio for Tech and Non-Tech functions in order improve performance and build capability and commitment to the organization
- A strategic leadership role responsible to enable execution and program management of critical talent and HR transformation programs for organization
- Strong experience of collaborating with the Senior and global business stakeholders on HR on strategies and programs.
- Strong understanding of talent metrics, talent management, performance management, change enablement, DEI.
- Global stakeholder management experience, experience of working in a matrix environment.
