Our client is a large consumer brand with market leading brands and footprint across the country. As the organisation continue to scale their manufacturing and R&D, they are looking for a business focused HR leader to strength their leadership team to support a high-growth, future-ready organisation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Reporting into Group CHRO, this is a high visibility and high impact role. Some of the key responsibilities will be:
-Partner with the Supply Chain CXO and leadership to shape and execute the people strategy for a large, multi-plant manufacturing ecosystem.
-Drive organisation effectiveness through operating model design, workforce strategy, restructuring, and productivity initiatives.
-Lead people and organisation design for greenfield factories and manufacturing scale-up.
-Build a strong leadership pipeline for plant heads and supply chain functional leaders through strategic talent and succession planning.
-Own workforce planning across permanent, contractual, and apprentice talent to balance scale, flexibility, and cost.
-Shape a high-performance culture and sustain positive employee relations in a non-union manufacturing environment.
-Institutionalise workforce governance, compliance, and risk management through strong processes, analytics, and digital enablement.
-Partner with manufacturing and finance leaders to deliver workforce productivity, manpower optimisation, and cost outcomes.
-Build and lead a high-impact HR team across factory and corporate roles.
Skills and Qualifications:
-MBA in HR from a reputed institute (XLRI, TISS, MDI etc.)
-12+ years of HR experience with at least 5+ years in senior plant or manufacturing HR leadership roles.
-Strong experience managing large manufacturing workforces, including permanent and contract labour.
-Deep understanding of labour laws, statutory compliance, and shop-floor dynamics.
-Proven track record in organisation design, workforce transformation, and HR strategy execution.
-Business-first HR leader with strong execution rigour, problem-solving ability, and sound judgement.
-Effective influencer and stakeholder manager with CXO-level exposure.
